Amethyst Return & Refund Policy

At Amethyst, we have formulated our products with utmost care to deliver the best possible results. We hope you love our products as much as we do! However, if you need to return a product, we are here to assist you.

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received an incorrect product.
  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received an expired product.

If any of the above applies, please raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at realamethyst01@gmail.com.

Important Notes:

  • No return or refund requests will be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup through our courier partner.
  • After receiving the returned product, our service team will inspect it. If your claim is verified, a refund will be processed within 24 hours.
